Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:
• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be in original condition (unwashed and undamaged)
• The item must be returned with original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom or personalized products, including masks customized with team logos, names, or colors
• Items showing signs of excessive wear, alteration, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at Questions@eyesuphockey.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part
